Lynx Ridge Estates is a bare land condominium and is governed by our Condominium Corporation Bylaws. Homeowners are required to pay monthly condominium fees for the maintenance of common property and community services such as garbage, compost and recycling pick up. The Lynx Meadows Condominium Corporation was formed in April 2001 and the Lynx Pointe Condominium Corporation was formed in January 2005. Lynx Ridge Phases 1 and 2 were amalgamated in March 2011 to form a single Condominium Corporation.
Charter Property Management Inc. manages the day to day operational issues with respect to the community, including billing for both condo fees and sewer fees, bylaws and bylaw enforcement, estoppel certificates, annual budgets, etc.
The community roads are Private roads and are therefore not maintained by the City of Calgary. Road maintenance and snow removal is managed by the Property Management company and the costs are covered by the monthly condo fees.
The homeowners are responsible for the care and maintenance of their yards but there are some common property green spaces within the community. The care and maintenance of the common green spaces is managed by the Property Management company and the costs are covered by the monthly condo fees.
